Apple Releases iPhone OS 3.1.3 Firmware. Fixes For App Launching & iPhone 3GS Battery Level Accuracy Issues

Today Apple released iPhone OS 3.1.3 Firmware Update. The updates is for all iPhone and iPod touch models. The update said to fix most of the current know bugs and security vulnerabilities.

iPhone OS 3.1.3 Firmware Highlights

  • Resolves issue where third-party apps would not launch in some instances
  • Improves accuracy of reported battery level on iPhone 3GS
  • Fixes bug that may cause an app to crash when using the Japanese Kana keyboard

The iPhone OS 3.1.3 Firmware Update is available via iTunes.
