Apple Tablet Prototype From 1983 Named “Bashful”

Apple Tablet rumors are everywhere these days. Well this is not a rumor. It looks like O Holy Steveness had an idea for a Tablet based computer more than 25 years ago.

Frog Design is an industrial design firm that created the first Apple Tablet Prototype in the 1980s. The prototype was called “Bashful.” Bashful was created side by side with the Apple IIe back in the day when Apple was using the Snow White industrial-design language from 1984 to 1990.

The Bashful prototypes had different variations with some having a floppy drive, A stylus, keyboard and an attached Phone.

Frog Design also helped to create the Apple IIc back in the day.
